Bullets now work on low spec machines

After getting reports that the bullets sometimes just freeze mid-air, I finally found the motivation to try and fix this.

Since this error just occurs on low-spec machines, I had to dig out an old laptop for the debugging.

Long story short: I completly rewrote how the bullets fly and just screwed over the hit detection a bit ;)
